Product Overview
The INS617 porcelain donut insulator is a glazed ceramic fitting with a 10 mm centre hole and a 43 mm diameter body standing 38 mm high. Fired porcelain gives excellent insulation and shrugs off moisture, UV and heat, so this fitting holds up at corner and end posts where plastic would degrade. At 53 g it is light yet durable.

Installation Tips
Thread the post or bolt through the 10 mm hole and set the donut so the conductor follows the outer groove. Pull the wire to tension against the ceramic rim and confirm the fitting is held square. Check for chips or cracks each season and replace any damaged piece.
