Product Overview
The INS079 is a lightweight PP end strain insulator for medium tension electric fences. Supplied in black HDPE or fibreglass, it is made for corner and end of fence positions and accepts wire, poly wire, poly rope and poly braid up to 6 mm. Its slim, low-mass form keeps the fence line clean and the conductor running true.

Where To Use
This compact insulator is used where a medium tension line is terminated at a corner or end post on livestock farms. It suits poly wire and poly rope set-ups as well as lightweight wire runs, and its small footprint helps keep gateways and corners unobstructed.
Installation Tips
Set the insulator at the height of the wire line, feed the conductor through the channel and tie it off with a secure knot. Keep the running angle shallow so the conductor is not pulled across the plastic edge, and check the fitting for scoring when the fence is re-tensioned.
