Product Overview
The INS110BL pigtail insulator, also called a double barrel fitting, sits on top of a fence post and carries wire, poly wire and poly rope free running up to 10 mm. A galvanized steel core gives it strength, and the 50 g impact-resistant PE body is moulded in blue. It is a practical way to run a conductor over the top of a post.

Where To Use
The INS110BL is used at the top of fence posts where the wire needs to run over the post without touching it. It suits poly wire and wire lines on livestock farms and is often used on the top strand of multi-wire fences.
Installation Tips
Set the pigtail on the top of the post so the barrels sit level, then run the conductor through them. Keep the conductor loose in the barrels so it can slide, and tension the run only after the fittings are in place. Check the steel core for movement each season.
